6d6 Fireball are big fans of friendly local gaming stores. It is in such a shop that I purchased my first copy of Tunnels & Trolls and started role-playing. Without the help and advice of the shop-opener I would never of thought of buying an RPG and quite possibly would of missed out on a hobby that I’ve enjoyed for 25+ years. It is therefore greatly rewarding to be completing the circle and be supplying 6d6 Fireball products to the same sort of stores.

The most important part of a games store is the manager but is not because they work stupidly long hours for very little financial return. It is because a good game store manager will talk to their customers and by talk I mean really talk. Not just nod whist the customer rattles on about their favourite subject and not just talk in an attempt to sell the latest Space Battle 3000 Expansion Kit (retail price £99.99). No, a good game store manager talks to their customers like human beings.

Good game store managers get to know their customers. They run games and make the shop a second home for the gamers in their area. They make introductions and recommendations that spread and grow the hobby. This magic only happens thanks to the hard work of the manager.
