Our early figures like the Bearded Devils and Forest Walkers did suffer from a lack of variety in their poses. With our latest figures like our Heroes or Villains pack and our Dark Trolls we have focused on making each figure individual. This slows down the number of figures we can produce but increases the variety. Many thanks. Chris @John
